Fulfillment & Cancellation Policy for Tikytek
Scope of Services
TikyTek provides creative solutions, including professional design and website development, to meet your business needs. From conceptualizing your ideas into visual designs to building functional websites, we ensure your products or services are showcased effectively.
Detailed project specifications will be outlined in a written agreement or proposal accepted by the client.
Delivery Timeline
Timelines for service delivery will be agreed upon before project commencement.
Any changes to the timeline due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide necessary materials, including content and other project assets, promptly.
Delays in providing required materials may impact the agreed-upon delivery timeline.
Revisions
The project includes 3 revisions, as specified in the proposal. Additional revisions will incur extra charges at the agreed-upon rate.
Revision requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the draft version.
Delivery of Completed Work
Final deliverables will be provided in the agreed format upon project completion and receipt of full payment.
TikyTek reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Payments and Refunds
A 35% deposit is required to begin work, with the balance due upon project completion.
Refunds are not available for services already rendered.
For canceled projects, refunds will be prorated based on work completed.
Payment terms and methods will be outlined in the project agreement.
Cancellation Policy
Client-Initiated Cancellation: Clients may cancel the project at any time by providing written notice to TikyTek. Refunds for cancellations will be calculated based on the work completed up to the cancellation date:
- If less than 25% of the project is completed, the client will be refunded the deposit minus the administrative fees.
- If more than 30% of the project is completed, the refund will be prorated based on the percentage of work completed.
TikyTek-Initiated Cancellation: TikyTek reserves the right to cancel a project if the client fails to fulfill their obligations (providing necessary materials or payments). In such cases, the client will be refunded based on the percentage of work not completed, after deducting any outstanding payments for work already delivered.
Support and Maintenance
Post-delivery support, such as bug fixes or minor adjustments, is included for a period of 30 days after project completion.
Extended maintenance or updates can be purchased separately.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, TikyTek will work with the client to reach an amicable resolution.
If necessary, disputes will be subject to arbitration under the jurisdiction of Sweden.
